Drive the Education and Development pillar under TPM
Making JD, resume screening, Talent Acquisition
Hiring, onboarding, and induction of Operation Agents
HR MIS / Talent Centre update MIS report generation
Keep thriving High-Performance Organization culture leveraging on company HR processes and systems.
Build strong employee connect and leadership connections and have a bridge of trust with management and the workforce, via various channels of communication and engagement
Drive Employee Engagement to ensure employees are aligned with company /plant objectives, upholding high morale and leadership connect with the workforce
Passionately work for employee grievance redresses and ensure seamless flow of benefits as per welfare schemes of the company.
Proactively advise management on the amendment and its implication on plant operation under these statutes
Will be face of the recruitment department. Will get the opportunity to handle a team of recruiters.
Coordinate and conduct campus hiring, and off-campusrecruitmentonboarding process.
Job Requirements
Qualification Experience:
MBA/MSW /MLS with min 2-4yearsof experience in handling recruitment teams.
Skills:
• Excellent Communication Skills Oral and Written
• BPO/IT Industry Recruitment experience
• Computer skills
Abilities and Personal Characteristics:
Sense of urgency/responsiveness
Planning Organizing Prioritizes and Plans work activities uses time efficiently, plans for additional resources, sets goals and objectives, develops realistic action plans
Results Oriented - Energetic, resourceful, with strong service orientation and positive can-do attitude. Fully committed to the job and to delivering outstanding work. Never satisfied with status-quo, continually striving for excellence

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
