We are hiring for International Chat Process(Sales) for 1-4 Years only for immediate joiners in Hyderabad.
Walk In Drive|24th June 23 | International Chat Process(Sales)
Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate has to Support through Chat
The candidate must carry Sales experience(Mandatory)
The candidate has to respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
The candidate has to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
Key Skills:
Candidates will be preferred based on their understanding of ecommerce websites
Should have basic knowledge of mobile/computing products
Any Sales Experience will be considered
Should possess effective Written & Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skills
Should have Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills & should be a team player
Eligibility Criteria: -
Must be a Graduate (No backlogs & Not pursuing any regular studies)
Minimum understanding of Customer Service
Immediate joiners are preferred
Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts and rotational shifts
Perks & Benefits
We will provide both-way transportation (upto 30Kms radius or as per the Hiring limits)
Salary: 2.4LPA to 3.4LPA
