Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a contract-to-hire basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent across a variety of roles including software development, engineering, IT, and salesforce.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Source candidates for contract and contract-to-hire positions.( C2C and C2H) Domestice.

Align candidates for interviews and keep them on track till the onboarding.

Collaborate with clients and teams to understand the latest candidate requirements.

Develop a well-structured recruitment strategy.

Write and post job descriptions on recruitment websites or company portals.

Source qualified candidates from social media, internal databases, and job portals.

Screen and filter out candidates by evaluating them against the latest standards.

Analyze a candidate’s capabilities via pre-screening assessments and calls.

Conduct interviews using various methods, like video, in-person, or telephone.

Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate feedback, and cost-per-hire to optimize processes.

Keep a record of job responsibilities through job analyses.

You must be comfortable on Linkedin.

What we’re looking for:

Must have a vendor with him/her.

Must have good experience on contract requirements (C2C and C2H).

Must have hands-on experience with LinkedIn.

Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies

Excellent communication and sourcing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
