Roles and Responsibilities:
• To protect the exposure and risks arising from merchant acquisition by assessing potential merchants for recruitment within the confines of the Credit Policy.
• Analyze a variety of supplementary information and data contained in the merchant application, E.g. financial accounts, acquirer statements.
• Seek additional information from Seller, communicating requirements in a clear and concise manner.
• Calculate potential exposure.
• Produce sound commercial risk decisions within allocated DP and make recommendations where outside DP.
• Determine deposit/collateral amounts.
• Ensure day-to-day operational process is consistent, correctly done and fully documented.
• Liaise with, and promote/maintain good working relationships with other risk and operations teams.
• Accompany Field Sellers on potential high risk merchant visits, being able to clearly explain the risk associated with each particular business.
• Liaise with merchants and Bank Relationship Managers where necessary.
• Produce timely, accurate and meaningful Management Information, which are also maintained correctly.
• Develop an understanding of job content, systems and operational procedures of the other Risk teams.

• A high level of commitment and self-motivation.
• Good coordination skills.
• Ability to understand and analyses and communicate critical issues.
• Strong integrity, trustworthiness and accountability.
• Education
• UG : Any Graduate
