(WORK FROM OFFICE)DESIGNATION- QUALITY ANALYST IN INTERNATIONAL BPO We are hiring for US (NIGHT) Shift with Fixed Basic Salary.Process- Electronic Login Device (ELD)(outbound/inbound) Fixed Basic Salary - UPTO 15000 INR ( Full -Time Job ) Shift Timings - +:00 PM to 6:00 AM Eligibility - a) Ability to speak in English Fluently.(mandatory) b) Education minimum 12 pass and above. c) Age limit 18 to 40 yrs d)Need to have call Monitoring experience for 1 year in international process. JOB ROLE-1)Monitoring and assessing the calls maintaining quality parameters.2)Editing and auditing the calls.3)Giving quality related feedback .
