1. Inbound Voice process
CTC - 15,642k,
Inhand - 15000K.
Rest deduction is for ESIC.
For an initial 18 days, you will get 5000 rs as a stipend for training.

WORK FROM OFFICE
Shift Window - 8AM - 8 PM (Any + hours)
Job location - Moti Nagar, Delhi
2. Blended Process

10am-7pm shifts
Fixed Sun off
CTC- 1+300
IN HAND - 17731
QUARTERLY BONUS - 2500
Min 6 mths ecommerce /BPO exp
Location: Gurgaon Sec 32
3. Outbound Process
work from office - Moti nagar, Delhi
Salary - 18.7k ctc
16600k inhand
4k quarterly bonus
Shift timing : 10 AM 7 PM | 6 days working | Sun fixed off
Interview Process
Hr , Operations and client
Minimum Experience - 6 months in telesales/ lead generation
Age max 34
Roles and Responsibilities
Handling Outbound calls calls.
Helping customers to get credit report and pitch for product services
4. Ecommerce Voice Process
VOICE-CUSTOMER SERVICE
6 days working
1 ROTATIONAL OFF
6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FROM BPO or freshers with good communication skills can also apply
SALARY
For fresher and experience both
18k CTC ( 17200 inhand )
15 days of training stipend will be 5k stipend for training period
Good English communication
