We are expertise in Healthcare Database Management, Data Processing and Data Capturing, Electronic Data Discovery Process, Medical Summary, Medical Records Organizing & Indexing and other outsourcing processes
Educational Qualifications: Any graduate / Undergraduate
Role Overview: We are looking the candidate with excellent communication skills and good computer literacy.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Outbound calls to insurances for claim status and eligibility verification
2. Calling the insurance carriers based on the appointment received by the clients
3. Calling insurance companies to get the status of the unpaid claims
4. Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement
5. Maintain the individual daily logs
6. Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs
7. Work cohesively in a team setting, Assist team members to achieve shared goals
8. Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner
Experience Range: Fresher or Experienced with International Voice process
