Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and team supervision. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to optimize warehouse processes for maximum productivity and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Develop and implement effective warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely replenishment.
• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review goals, performance metrics, and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Utilize data and metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• · Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Address and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies or order processing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing a team and leading warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
