Job Title: Travel Executive (Fresher)
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Fresher
Job Summary
Technomine is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers who have completed GDS (Global Distribution System) training or hold an IATA certification. As a Travel Executive, you will assist clients with international travel bookings, fare quotations, and ticketing through industry-standard platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage international flight bookings using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Provide accurate fare quotes, travel itineraries, and travel recommendations.
• Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations efficiently.
• Guide customers regarding travel policies, visa requirements, and itinerary adjustments.
• Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and market trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Assist senior travel consultants in daily operational activities.
Qualifications & Skills
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in the travel domain.
• IATA Foundation Course certification or GDS training (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or equivalent).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of ticketing procedures for international and domestic travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Confidence and professionalism in client interactions.
Work Schedule
• Shift: Rotational | UK Shift / Night Shift / Early Morning Shift
• Working Days: 5 days/week
• Week Off: Rotational
