Qualification Any Graduate
Years Of Experience Fresher or min 2 years of experience in Sales amp; distribution management (Channel
Sales)

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE To book secondary sales orders across the designated dealer/retailer base and
achieve the sales targets assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To achieve secondary sales as per the sales targets set on monthly/Qtrly/Annual
basis.
To achieve collection targets set month-on-month.
To visit dealers as per the beat plan set for the day and service the distribution
base by booking orders every day
To convert every visit to a minimum size order as assigned by seniors
To appoint new dealers as per the new dealer target set for the month.
To do marketing initiatives and BTL activities such as canopy activity, poster,
banner amp; dangler placements etc.
Adherence updating the plan and visits report in Mozility system on a daily basis.
Providing needed market intelligence and other information to the Sales
coordinators amp; seniors
Highlighting and addressing of any issues that the retailer is facing
Coordinating between distributor and retailer for any supply issues or order
fulfillment
Update on competitor activities and other ground level developments in the
territory and channel
To ensure the availability, visibility, displays of our entire range of our products
Handling new product launch amp; tracking business and Market share for them
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS Good understanding of the product range and its application
Selling Skills
Excellent communication skills
Skills in Excel and operating the mobile softwares
Adaptability and flexibility
Self driven and motivated
