As a Personal Loan Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities: • Identify and engage with prospective customers to understand their financial needs and present the benefits of our personal loan offerings. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and increase sales opportunities. • Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine customers' eligibility for personal loans and provide appropriate loan recommendations based on their needs. • Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and any related queries to customers in a clear and concise manner. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the organization. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns to attract new customers. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge. • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using the CRM system. • Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and sales strategies. Requirements: • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry or personal loan sales. • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. • Sound knowledge of personal loan products, financial services, and industry regulations. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills. • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales software to manage leads and track sales activities. • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in dealing with customers' financial information. • Resultsoriented with a customercentric approach. • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer schedules.
