We are looking to hire a Ticketing Executive who can handle International ticketing and has sound knowledge and experience of working in GDS (Amadeus).
Responsibilities:
Handle all International ticketing queries received from customers.
Group bookings
Dealing with Reservations, Operations, and Negotiations section
Managing the reservations process for bookings in a manner which ensures guest budget is achieved.
Responsible for Reservation, issue, Reissue & Cancel Airline Tickets on GDS
Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
Provide excellent customer service.
Required Candidate profile
Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive
Candidate must have good knowledge of GDS.
Should be aware of fare rules & penalties.
