Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Acquisition:
Actively seeking out new customers for current and savings accounts, including both individual and corporate clients.
• Sales and Promotion:
Promoting banking products and services through various channels, including field sales and marketing activities.
• Relationship Building:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase customer retention and generate leads.
• Account Activation:
Ensuring smooth account opening processes, including KYC compliance, and activating accounts with necessary steps like UPI linkage and M0 balance.
• Cross-selling:
Identifying opportunities to cross-sell other banking products like insurance, loans, or investments.
• Sales Targets:
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and contributing to the overall business growth of the bank.
