• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Introducing the company to the customers over video call.
• Presenting data as per the script to customers over video call.
• Need very efficient explaining skills.
• To identify potential customers, create new business opportunities.
• Post sales mail communication to clients.
• Order and Payment follow up.
• Email marketing.
• Generate New Enquiries & sending introduction letters, Quotation to Clients.
• Maintain Inward & Outward Record.
• Co-ordinate with Logistics team for dispatch.
• To ensure best after sales support to customers.
• Able to maintain a high level of integrity in handling confidential information.
