Billing knowledge ( invoice preparation, submission to client or on portal . Credit note, PO etc)
Little bit of collection & interact with client ( mail & telephonic)

Basic knowledge of accounts (what is P&L, turnover, payment adjustments etc.) TDS ( percentage, u/s, etc) & GST( CGST SGST IGST or SEZ were applicable for billing)
Excel working knowledge like VLookup, H lookup, Pivot Table, etc.
Knowledge in ZOHO Books is an added advantage.
