we have urgent opening for Admin Executive
Experience - 5 – 8 Year’s
Location - MBP
Responsibilities
· Assume role of primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
· Maintain daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays, and vacations
· Handle management and team requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
· Arrange travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
· Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute
· Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
· Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get best pricing on supplies and services
· Produce professional quality reports, presentations and briefs
· Monitoring housekeeping staff, canteen facilities, toilets and washing facilities, general admin functions.
· Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
· MIS update on the assigned tasks.
· Maintain all employee records files, expense sheets, project documentation,

KPI
1) Vendor Management
a) Co-ordination with the vendors – order and receivable register maintenance.
b) Arrange meetings with the vendors
c) Single point of contact for all purchase requisitions.
2) Filing & Documentation
a) Maintaining individual employee files & other official documentations.
b) Carry out proper documentation & filing system for both paper and electronic records.
c) Purchase record preparation.
3) Monitoring General Admin Functions
a) Taking care of house-keeping dept, facility management.
b) Responsible for office decorum & facilities.
c) AMC management for various office products like AC, water filter etc.
d) Laptop rental vendor management.
