Take proper download from Sous chef regarding day's Production & Back up
Team deployment to carry out various duties - Sundae & Milkshake Prep , Ice cream scooping , Home delivery kitchen
Stock Take - Daily / Monthly
Freezer , Chiller and Kitchen stock management
Taking care of CRM , Kitchen equipment's
Identify and Report any equipment , CRM related issue immediately to Support team
Training and on the Job evaluation
Regular Kitchen cleaning and Deep Cleaning
Raw Material and Production loss wastage control
FIFO getting followed religiously
Address any product quality issue on priority with proper Root cause analysis , track and eliminate the problem
Team retention , good staff culture , motivating culture at the same time work planning through disciplined processes
Responsible of Taking care of Glassware
Constantly Track and eliminate Online delivery mistakes
Dry ice usage Management
Kitchen area cleaning on daily basis using soap solution and disinfectant
Daily stock count record of finished goods

Qualification - Graduation
