Post:- Sous Chef Candidate should be well qualified in continental dishes Qualification is no bar for this post Age is no bar for this requirement Candidate should be excellent knowledge in all kind of Indian dishes Experience should be minimum 8 years to 10 years Experience should be in branded Hotels & Restaurants Salary will be 30000/- to 35000/- per month in hand PF + ESI & Service charge will be extra benefit Job location :- Kolkata Job Responsibility Should be excellent knowledge about continental dishes To prepare mostly all kind of gravy items To train the juniors for preparation the dishes To handle the all kitchen department etc.. To handle the stock & control management.
