Job Description
• Extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer membership accounts for partner's spaces.
• Resolve all customer queries and follow established problem ticket recording procedures as appropriate.
• Handle Inbound Customer feedback/ complaints as per protocols.
• Outbound calls for complaints/ feedback received by mail or on webpage/ APP
• Record every customer interaction on feedback and complaints.
• Close all complaints as per protocols and timelines and report complaint closure
• Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to ensure quality service at all times
