Job Title: Financial Controller

Years of Experience:12 - 15 yrs
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary:25 - 35 LPA
Job Purpose
Roles Responsibilities
l Managed financial accounting including taxation matters.
l Lead the finance team.
l Prepared monthly cash-flow forecasts and monthly balance sheet.
l Lead in developing the companys strategic plans, annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
l Managed cash flows, stock levels and minimized debtors, resulting in improved liquidity and reduced bad debt.
l Ensure that all financial andcdeadlines are met in a timely and accurate manner.
l Prepared year-end financial statements in compliance.
l Co-ordinate and collated information for annual tax (income tax, deferred tax, transfer pricing, GST etc.) and other statutory reporting requirements.
l Ensured timely compliance with direct tax matters like litigation, notices, transfer pricing related matters, scrutiny etc.
l Independently handled other indirect tax matters like GST notices / audits etc.
l Regulatory Compliance Assessed Companies Act, SEBI LODR, Income Tax and GST compliance by the Company.
l Monitored treasury solutions, banking relations strategies. Work on bank limits / fund raising support to the business.
l Detailed knowledge of technical accounting issues / detailed knowledge of accounting systems.
l Develop and manage the financial strategy in alignment with the companys IPO goals.
l Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to provide financial information and analysis for investor communications.
l Assist in preparing earnings releases, investor presentations, and other communication materials.
Experience
l Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
l Looking for Qualified CA
l Proven experience with IPO processes and public company financial reporting.
l Experience working with external auditors and managing audits.
Skills
l Strong knowledge of GAAP/Ind AS/IFRS and SEC regulations.
l Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
l Proficient in financial systems and ERP software.
l Strong leadership and team management skills.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
