. Identifying market potential in order to achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals. • Develop the HoReCa channel focusing on hotels/ restaurants / cafe sector for beverage sales. • Responsible for identifying and securing new clients in addition to yielding existing clients to ensure revenue targets are met. • Universe mapping and prepare/execute Go to Market approach for HoReCa clients. • Understanding customers business and recommending articles to them • Maximize sales volume and revenue in the assigned markets for all Products. • Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timelines and cost. • Ensure timely collections and recoveries of past dues. • Competition analysis, market mapping, market intelligence, • Management and responsibility of the P&L.
