Job Summary:
Kabhi B Bakery is looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join our retail team. As a store staff member, you will play a key role in delivering a pleasant shopping experience to our customers by maintaining store cleanliness, handling sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
Explain product details, current offers, and promotions
Operate billing software / POS system for sales transactions
Ensure display counters and shelves are clean, well-stocked, and attractively arranged
Manage inventory – checking stock levels and informing the store in-charge for replenishment
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per FSSAI standards
Follow company policies for grooming, attendance, and conduct
Assist in daily store opening/closing activities
Participate in sales targets and promotional activities
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge / POS handling
Punctual, disciplined, and customer-service oriented
Ability to work in shifts and on weekends
Retail experience in bakery, FMCG, or food sector is a plus
Freshers are welcome to apply
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹1+,000/month (based on experience and location)
