• Annually compare actual performance with target
• Customer Development and Customer feedback to understand requirement
• Suggestions for marketing policies/ strategies
• To ensure respond to all customer enquiries
• To conduct customer satisfaction survey and feedbacks and implement necessary actions to improvements.
• Reviewing of inquiry / order / contracts and maintaining records
• Approving & issuing of work order to CEO and planning department
• To maintain records pertaining to his function
• To co-operate, interact with other department in a positive manner to facilitate achievement of companys target.
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge in developing new markets
