Job Title: Grade 3 Mother Teacher
Location: Kharghar
Department: Primary Section
Job Summary:
The Grade 3 Mother Teacher is responsible for teaching multiple subjects to a single class of students, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment. The role focuses on holistic development, academic excellence, and emotional well-being of students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Delivery
Teach all subjects to Grade 3 students except hindi and Marathi
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
Use innovative teaching methods and educational aids
2. Classroom Management
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
Monitor student behavior and encourage good habits and values
3. Student Development
Track academic progress and identify learning needs
Provide individualized attention and support
Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and participation
4. Assessment & Reporting
Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations
Maintain student records and prepare report cards
Share feedback with parents during PTMs
5. Parent Communication
Build strong relationships with parents
Communicate student progress, concerns, and achievements
6. Co-curricular Involvement
Participate in school events, activities, and functions
Support holistic development through extracurricular engagement
7. Administrative Duties
Maintain lesson plans, attendance, and classroom records
Follow school policies and curriculum guidelines
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.Sc.) with B.Ed. passed or pursuing
Prior teaching experience in primary grades (Grade 1–4preferred)
Key Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and empathy with young learners
Classroom management and organizational skills
Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching
Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Attributes:
Passion for teaching and child development
Ability to handle multiple subjects effectively
Good communication
Working Hours:
8:10AM to 4:10AM

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
