• Job Description:
• IT Manger with experience in development and support in Oracle database, Oracle Forms Reports.
• Experience in ERP Implementation, IT operations, management, and best practices, also experience with IT hardware and software communication.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Hands on experience in Oracle Database 9i, 11g, 12c, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms Reports, SQL Server.
• Develop and support existing ERP system with modules Production, Planning, Quality, Warranty, Spares, and Human Resource etc.
• Extensive experience in writing complex SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Blocks, Triggers.
• Knowledge on Oracle database and application migration.
• Support on Shop floor application with interlinkage between application Database Oracle system, third party vendor application for shop floor tool like Engraving machine, Dyno machine, ECU Management system, Barcode machine, MRP Sticker etc.
• Implementation of new automation projects like SCADA, SCM Vendor Planning etc.
• Knowledge on below application will be beneficial
• Messaging Queue (IBM MQ)
• Communication tool with Oracle DB ( Like Toad)
• Canteen Management System
• Contract management System
• Ascent Payroll System and Punching System.
• Identify and priorities opportunities for digitization and automation and execute the upgradation/ implementations with given resources for various functions like Despatch, Warranty, Production, SPD, Material Planning, etc.
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage business environments.
• Knowledge of the latest technological advancements
• Key Competencies:
• Develop and provide support to oracle production application with system interfaces and coordinate with stake holder of all core modules.
• Coordinate with various vendor to prepare designs for new applications and documentation of processes to ensure effective evaluation of all applications.
• Help to understand the current blue-print of the ERP system regarding process flow, database management and reporting.
• Working on day to day business changes requirement with respective stakeholder.
• Process documentation skills.
• Proficiency in software development life cycle methodologies.
• Proficiency in managing and developing a new process in ERP application.
• Efficient in managing operations to achieve project targets.
• Ability to connect with people across teams levels
• Able to work effectively with diversified work culture.
