Eligibility Criteria
• Candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Language.
• Candidate should be proficient in Presentation, Excel formulas, analytics.
• Candidate should have experienced working as Manager Quality for minimum 1 year or should be at Deputy manager level for more than 2 years
Responsibilities
• Managing transition Quality responsible for meeting client SLA
• Handling domains like BFSI, Telecommunication, customer service, Inbound, Outbound back office.
• Working on special projects within organization to improve overall Quality Performance
• Designing of Quality SOP and CAP/PIP document
• Using smart logic in sampling for transactional audits
• Defining audit strategies to ensure maximum improvement in quality performance
• Setting up and presenting reviews and meeting for new projects.
• Suggesting process improvement ideas for better delivery of services
• Designing of transaction monitoring forms for various clients
• Execute and implement quality activities in compliance with company goal.
• Focusing delivering on value addition to the business and driving special projects to achieve the business goal.
• Conducting Regular Training sessions within the team to enhance the team productivity and knowledge
• Preferably SIX SIGMA Certified, should be trained at least
Key Skills
• People Management, Client Management, Time Management and especially Project management
• Proficient in Power point presentation, review and performance presentation, Excel formula and Analytics
• Strong customer service skills like empathy, listening, enthusiastic, patience, reasoning and problem solving skills
• Willing to learn and flexibility to change
