•Managing/mentoring/utilizing and implementing collection strategy up to optimum level resource of collection team & result Oriented.
•Arrangement / implementation of training and reward for collection team as per performance.
•Follow up on all buckets in portfolio with special emphasis on NPA & High Value accounts.
•Constant monitoring & follow up of recovery efforts by recovery team including tele calling and field recovery staff.
•Allocate delinquent accounts to recovery agents/team members, monitor them and manage payments to the recovery agents/in-house team.
•Preparing, finalizing and reporting of MIS and collection data including assignments of targets.
•All recovery related process review and maintenance of MIS such as monthly recovery statement/NPA settlement and other related MIS.
•Majorly involved negotiation for OTS, Enforcement, and disposal of asset, reconstruction and restructuring of assets.
