Job Description
Seeking professional for the position of Regional Sales Manager of +-10 years of experience in sales having background of FMCG industry of which at least 3-5 years experience as an RSM. You will be responsible for enhance productivity with action plans, craft sales strategies for existing and new products, and manage channels while adhering to market policies.
Strong FMCG acumen is essential. Working with professional division of cosmetics industries will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
• Achieve sales and profit targets in the region by implementing defined strategies and campaigns.
• Build and nurture customer/client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
• Execute action plans to enhance business productivity.
• Develop annual and monthly sales plans for both existing and new products.
• Manage channels and ensure adherence to market policies and scheme implementation.
• Research and identify potential customers and market opportunities.
• Plan sales promotion activities in coordination with the Marketing team.
• Collaborate with corporate office for smooth sales plan execution.
• Coordinate with Brand Managers for marketing initiatives and sales development.
• Provide training and coaching to the sales team.
• Demonstrate strong FMCG business acumen.
Requirements
• Hold a Graduate/MBA (Sales Marketing) degree.
• Possess a minimum of + years of professional experience.
• Specifically, must have at least 3- 5 years of experience as an RSM (Regional Sales Manager).
• Additional assignments in MT (Modern Trade), E-Commerce, Customer Marketing, or Trade Marketing are beneficial.
• It's advantageous for the candidate to have strong analytical skills.
Remuneration
• Remuneration to be decided based on experience and current offering to the candidate. However, we suggest upto Rs.18 lpa as CTC (negotiable)
