Job Description -
Work Timing - US Shift
Mode - Only Work From Office
Job Location - Mumbai (Candidates applying should be staying in within 30kms from & drop facility would be available)
Eligibility - Excellent English Communication and prior experience in customer service Voice process is must.
Nature - Contract (While this is a Contract role, the possibility of On-boarding on Client payroll may happen in case of exceptional performance and a business need at our Clients end)
Requirements
• Need Excellent Communication skills.
• Good Knowledge in Customer Handling.
• Candidate needs to be ok with Night shift.
• Immediate joiner would be preferred.
Salary- CTC upto 40000/- based on last drawn salary
Shift- Only Night shift (US Shift Timing)
Notice period: 15 days maximum.
Qualification: Undergraduate (10+2) and Graduate allowed
Experience: 0.6 - 5 years experience in Customer Support, BPO, International Voice process, Voice process, Inbound, KPO, Outbound process, Us Process Can Apply.
