We’ll trust you to:
• Senior Business Analyst will join the investment banking team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in several critical research areas such as follows: • Working on comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, industry research, company/M&A screening, newsletter preparation • Prepare pitch books, industry overview, detailed company profiles, management biographies, brokers’ outlook, share price performance, evolution of industry/peers valuation multiples, possible buyer/seller opportunities • Responsibilities includes training and guiding junior and new analysts, maintaining efficiency, working independently on complex projects, delivering error free projects and client communications • Allocating projects to team members depending on their industry expertise and skills, resolving their project related queries and performing quality check on client deliverables • Creating and maintaining databases • Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions of new joiners and team members
What you’ll need to have:
Strong Accounting and financial skills • Good MS Office Skills • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner • Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills • Knowledge of database tools – Factset, Thomsonone, Capital IQ, Factiva, and bloomberg • Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to firms goals & mission • Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working Education & Experience • Post Graduate (PGDM / MBA) • 3 -5 years of relevant experience
