Job description
Debt Investment Banking:
Key Responsibilities
End to end activities in debt raising for corporates
Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business
Develop relationships with new and existing financial institutions to present the debt proposals
Perform various valuation methodologies such as comparable companies, precedents, and DCF
Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including
investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitch book
Pitch debt proposals to financial institutions such as Banks, NBFCs and Funds
Co-ordinate with financial institutions and client to successfully close the transaction
Relevant Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
2-3 years experience in debt syndication, investment banking, debt raising etc.
Experience in developing proposals for debt raise
MBA or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals
Strong communication and networking skills
Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority
changes
Strong financial modelling skills
Experience- candidate should have minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Debt Investment Bankaing Sapce & Fund rasing
CTC- 10 LAP- 16 Lpa
