Primary Responsibilities
>To assist users with queries related to their order status, available products & offerings, service & offer details, payment details, etc via voice calls.
>Managing queries on the floor
>Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
>To manage all daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict compliance to guidelines.
>Help in creating customer surveys, segmentation & getting feedback to improve our processes, product and user experience
Basic Qualifications
Experience with proficiency in Spoken English
>HSC/Graduate in any stream
