Job Description : Job Description We are looking for a Director-PSO who will Lead new Product/Major release implementation from Engineering, and drive deployment maturity enabling Global Delivery to take up subsequent implementations. The right candidate will have a solid technology background with hands on experience in managing global delivery. The candidate should have a good understanding of processes, industry best Practices and key metrics. Roles and Responsibilities Experience of 15 years, of which at least 5 years of managing / delivering Telecom VAS product & services to mobile operators Expertise in Project / Program planning & Execution Managing a team of 50+ people, some of them part of broader Global Delivery implementation teams Hiring & managing a team of Program managers, delivery managers and deployment engineers Proven leadership skills and ability to handle conflict well and address issues Experience in managing end to end software / core network product delivery to global mobile operators Experience of Matrix reporting & working in a matrix model encompassing multiple BUs Experience with delivery processes / models / methodologies and ability to adapt processes / models methodologies to suit customers & internal needs Experience with and understanding of revenue recognition policies (specifically % completion based revenue recognition methodology) Experience with GSM / GPRS / 3/4/5G network operators (Core Network Signaling experience and exposure to intelligent networks / CAMEL a must) Driven / Self Motivated / Committed to delivering results Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. , M.E./M. Tech. or M.
