Qualification :- 10+2 / 10+3 / Any Graduate / BE /MCA / Btech
EXPERIENCE :- 6 months to 10 Years
SHIFT :- US Shift / UK Shift

Job Description
• Responsible for UK client, handling queries, appropriate assistance.
• Patience when handling tough cases.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
• Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and em-pathetically.
• Following up with customers for any further information.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools.
• Should be flexible with the shifts.
