Position: Pre-Sales Tele calling Executive
Qualification: Graduate
Experienced / Fresher can apply
Salary: 1+000- 22000 CTC
Job Role:
Should work on Sundays/Government holidays, can take com-off on other days
Should have excellent communication in English & Kannada
To provide correct and latest information about the projects to the client.
Regular follow up on allocations & references.
Regular feedback to the marketing team on the received allocations.
Handle In-bound and outbound calls on a rotating basis
Understand client requirements and provide project details
Convincing clients to visit Site and fix site visits
Continuous follow ups on enquiries generated from various sources
Convert enquiries to leads
Achieve site visit target& Update in ERP software
Ensure on the site visit bills, enquiry number to be written before sending to the accounts department for the payments
Ensures all the Site visits process is IT enabled (where applicable
