Corporate Digital Banking The Corporate Digital Banking is aimed towards delivering new age financial services to institutional customers by creating exceptional endtoend Digital Customer Propositions The Banks focus is to invest in digital capabilities that brings together a diverse team adapting new age engineering practices and building an API centric architecture to improve customer and employee experience and efficiencies About the Role The Product Manager for Corporate Digital Banking will be responsible for reviewing designing developing and scaling up digital products i e Corporate Internet Banking presently Web and going forward Mobile App He She will be an individual contributor and responsible for handling key aspects of product development during various product life cycle stages Key Responsibilities Responsible for developing offerings on Digital Banking product strategy product definition Launching and commercialization of new products aligned with the Banks strategic imperatives and communicating the same to Branch RM Sales channel Responsible for project execution while ensuring robust Project Stakeholder Management Creating BRDs Concept notes Stories Test cases participate in RFPs White paper etc for products Product benchmarking Process reengineering taking initiative in developing products and features which are best in class Reviewing the existing products system stability controls and process to ensure enhancements for better service delivery and reduction of inherent risks in the processes Carry out customer and market research to identify customer needs and the current industry landscape Take selfinitiatives innovate define products journeys that solve for real customer issues alongside delivering innovative and exceptional customer experience Implement efficient UX UI processes by conducting usability study that helps the design team collaborate actively with Journey owners and engineers Develop and manage Corporate Mobile Banking App new features ORM increasing usage maintain updated version on App stores Ensure adherence to Banks processes and guidelines while execution Connect with relevant stakeholders across banks functions like IT Operations Risk Compliance etc to design a bestinclass Digital solution Define and execute campaigns and programs to increase adoption of the Digital offerings Partner with line of business to increase the employee engagement knowledge and awareness of Digital channels offerings Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is Engineering Graduate and or PostGraduate Degree from a premiere B school 510 years of experience in a Digital Product Business Analyst BTRG or Channel Management Role Corporate Internet Banking in a leading Bank NBFC or Financial intermediary Consultancy as product manager business analyst BTRG or BSG profile in IT If you are interested for this profile kindly share me your updated resume Salary details Fixed CTC Variable CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Regards Manav Phone +1 hidden mobile Email hidden email http www peopleconnects co in
