Job Summary
• PO wise FR delivery as per desired service level
• Ensure POs are released as per scheduled frequency, ensure high service levels and on-time delivery, communicate proactively with CFA/SCM/Customer Service - Manager/KAMs to ensure fill rate issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Assist CFAs in securing appointments
• Track Back orders and initiate PO amendments
• Assist in getting PO extension approvals
• Escalate issues leading to drop in fill rates to SCM- Supply Distribution Planning within 24hrs of PO release follow up closely for resolution.
• Promo | Drive SKUs Delivery
• Track promo or drive SKUs at Channel Level Forecast Vs Availability and Ensure stocks are available across all FCs of E Commerce Platforms
• Track promo stock Fill Rates
• Communicating customers KAMs on delisting when allocation gets over for promo packs
• CFR | SAMBC
• Diagnose FR SAMBC loss, prepare execute action plan for improvement
• CFR | SAMBC Reconcillation: Reconcile customer fill rate (SAMBC) report on a weekly/monthly basis depending upon customer requirement
• Product Master Sanity
• Monthly Master data updation.
• Discuss with account to get the same updated in their system.
• Coordinate with Order processing team on ammendements
• Purchase Order Tracking
• Download PO from Customer's portal (e.g Vendor Central for Amazon)
• Coordinate with Customer Replenishment team to schedule PO date
• Coordinate with the Kellogg team to arrange stocks
• Get weekly in-stock/inventory report from customer to keep a track on SKUs not part of Order with low inventory level
• CFA Alignment Co-ordination
• Coordinate with the Customer and Kellogg CFAs to take appointments
• Ensure On Time delivery of goods at Customer FCs/DCs/CFAs
• Resolve any problem during receiving at customer DC (Pricing/Master data related issues)
• Track Progress on customer DC supplier scorecard
• Assist the account team in delivering the JBP KPIs on service levels.
• Monitoring of PO vs Delivery on daily basis
• Follow-up on account receivables and allied activities as per Kellogg instructions
• Commercial related activities
• Coordinating with the regional team of accounts for driving the on-shelf availability- Top/Bottom Skus
• Driving the Overall Account Value Volume delivery
• Managing Distributor (Business/Claims/Closing stock/Operational challenge)
• Ensuring for the sufficient promo stock cover at Distributor
• Commercial hygiene issues at Distributors - AMs/KAMs, Direct - KAMs
• New location end to end operations
• NPI POs
• Driving Big bets
