? Minimum 2 years of customer support experience
? Strong proficiency in Google Docs and Spreadsheet

make sure they're always in the loop. It's like being a social media

? Join forces with the team to conjure up the most magical ways to support
our beloved clients. Think of yourself as a collaboration wizard, bringing
out the best in everyone.
? you'll be sending out reminder notifications like a time-traveling wizard,
making sure nobody misses a beat.

? Co-host Zoom meetings alongside the client, providing support and
