Urgent Requirement for Civil Engineer

Job Description: We are a leading restaurant company looking for a skilled Project Engineer/Executive to oversee the new restaurant opening works. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil, plumbing, painting, interiors, signage boards, electrical, kitchen machinery & equipment installation, and will be responsible for ensuring that the works are completed within the specified timelines and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities: Plan and oversee the new restaurant opening works, including civil, plumbing, painting, interiors, signage boards, electrical, kitchen machinery & equipment installation. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that the works are completed as per the timelines and to the required quality standards. Monitor and track the progress of the works, identify issues and risks, and take corrective actions as required. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to the management team. Work closely with the operations team to ensure that the new restaurant is ready for opening on time. Requirements: Bachelor & degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of civil, plumbing, painting, interiors, signage boards, electrical, kitchen machinery & equipment installation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours as required
