Post :- CSR / Sr. CSR
• Experience :- 1YEAR to 7years in International Voiceis MUST
• Qualification :- Any Graduate / UG / 10+2+3 / 10+2 / BE
• Remuneration :- 2 L to 5.5LPA (Based on Current CTC )
• Location :-BANGALORE
• CAB :- 2 WAY CAB PROVIDED
• SHIFT :- US SHIFT
• WORK FROM OFFICE
Job Description :-
• Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Candidate should have 6 months to 5 years of experience in Customer Support / Voice Process.
• Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
• Should be open to work in Night shifts.
• Responsible for dealing with International Clients
• Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based customer interaction
