Job Description : -
Recruitment Planning including recruitment of freshers from campuses and other sources in a strategic manner.Initial screening of Applications via Job portals, recruitment agencies etc.Planning and organizing Technical Tests, Interviews (in-house as well as walk-in)Training the interviewers from time to time and frequent interaction with them regarding achievement of targets, revisions in the selection criteria, etc.Salary fitment and negotiations (salary Structure)Manage / Coordinate with various recruitment agencies / placement agencies.Generating monthly metrics and other reports regarding recruitment, including creation of appropriate internal support mechanisms for prompt generation of such data.Total responsibility for designing and improvement of recruitment related documents and procedures, (including drafting and updating of recruitment procedure)Total responsibility for the designing and improvement of best selection practices, methodologies and tools, including suitable Aptitude Tests for freshers and suitable skill-specific selection tests for experienced professionalsNetworking with and nurturing of the placement agencies, advertisement agencies, campuses and other professional bodies, for smooth flow of activities, including maintenance and updating of suitable databasesBuilding quality in all the recruitment procedures and reviewing from time to time; (including drafting and updating of recruitment procedure)

Salary: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
