Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Analyze and negotiate Client & Vendor Agreements and other supplemental documents.
• Work with cross-functional teams (may include end client representatives) to agree on the contractual requirements.
• Maintain the agreements, documents, records and proper files in a structured manner in the Legal database and MIS tools of the company.
• Maintain timely renewal of contracts and track upcoming deadlines for the same.
• Knowledge of IP, company, contract and MSME laws.
• Keep up with other regulatory Changes in the law as per the requirements from time to time.
Qualifications
1. Qualification: LLB
2. Must have minimum 1-year hands-on experience of drafting/review/vetting of NDA, MSA (Service Agreement, Software License Agreements) for Banks/NBFC/Financial Institutions.
3. Litigation experience would be preferabl
