Candidate must be a graduate & Fully vaccinated.
Should have experience in banking or BFSI related voice process.

Languages required :

Hindi & English Should have minimum 1 year experience in Banking/BFSI operation leadingFamiliar with TL Metrix, KPI/KRAs, AHT, Shrinkage/Attrition, C-Sat.

Good in excel and dashboards Work location :
Hebbal, Bangalore

Shift timings :
Rotational shift / 5 days of working. 2 days rotational off
