We have requirements of 600 agents for an E-Commerce Brand - Customer Service -Work From Office (Voice process)
Job Description:
1. Scope of work proposed to be handled:
Service Partner will handle all voice calls from Flipkart (FK) customers, required languages are Hindi and English
All agents shall fluently speak, write and comprehend in English, and Hindi.
Criteria:
1. Excellent communication in English
2. Fresher & Experience / Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.
3. Males and Females should be Comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.
4. Six days working/ rotational off
5. Immediate joining
6. Training is paid / mandatory to clear certification post training.
Job Location :- Hazratganj , Lucknow
Salary :- 14,500 K to 20,500 K CTC / Per month basis fresher of experience.
