Job Title: Site Engagement Lead – Employee EngagementLocation: Navi MumbaiSalary: Up to ₹6 LPAShift: Rotational, 24x7 support environmentAbout the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Engagement Lead to drive employee engagement initiatives for our large workforce in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people-centric programs and a proven track record of executing large-scale events, internal communications, and engagement strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute employee engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Plan, organize, and manage corporate events for 2000+ employees, including Fun Fridays, sports events, festive celebrations, townhalls, and more.- Own end-to-end event execution – from ideation, vendor coordination, budgeting, and logistics to post-event feedback and reporting.- Drive internal communications campaigns to promote events, initiatives, and company culture.- Develop and manage rewards and recognition (R&R) programs to boost morale and productivity.- Ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional teams and external vendors.- Maintain accurate documentation and performance metrics for engagement activities.- Support a 24x7 operational setup with flexibility for varied shift schedules.-Required Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in employee engagement or event management.- Demonstrated experience in handling large-scale corporate events (2000+ employees).- Strong operational skills in event planning, budgeting, vendor negotiation, and execution.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
