Role Description We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with a strong focus on web design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing websites using Adobe XD and Figma, with a sharp attention to detail and a passion for crafting visually stunning, user-friendly digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Web Design : Design responsive and visually appealing websites using Adobe XD and Figma. Prototyping : Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to convey design concepts and functionality. Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across digital platforms. Collaboration : Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively. Iteration : Revise designs based on feedback and usability testing to continuously improve user experience. Trend Awareness : Stay current on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our digital presence innovative. Asset Creation : Create high-quality visual assets, such as icons, graphics, and imagery for web design projects. Documentation : Maintain organized design files and documentation for easy handoff to developers and team members. Qualifications Experience : 3+ years of experience in graphic and web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design work using Adobe XD and Figma. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other relevant design tools. UX/UI Knowledge : Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. Attention to Detail : Exceptional precision in delivering pixel-perfect designs. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and concepts. Team Player : Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. Problem-Solving : Creative problem-solver with a critical eye for design challenges. Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field. Additional Skills : Experience with animation, motion design, HTML/CSS, or other design tools like Sketch is a plus. Industry Experience : Previous experience in an agency or tech environment is a plus.
