Title: Senior Graphic DesignerRole OverviewWe’re looking for a passionate and imaginative Graphic Designer with strong motion design and storytelling skills to join our global team at RevX. You’ll play a key role in creating engaging visual experiences that enhance brand storytelling across various digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines creative vision with technical execution in animation, design, and content production.What You’ll Do & how you'll make an impact:- Conceptualize and execute compelling motion and static content that aligns with campaign goals.- Design with intent and purpose—ensuring every visual element contributes to a cohesive story.- Create engaging motion/video graphics for digital campaigns, internal communications, product videos, and brand visuals.- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Account Management, and Product teams to create optimized creatives.- Craft visual materials including social media content, animated ads, carousels, 360 creatives, explainer videos, and more.- Conduct visual research and competitor benchmarking to inform and inspire your creative strategies.- Use performance data to analyze and iterate on creatives for improved effectiveness.- Present and articulate your design rationale to stakeholders and team members.- Brainstorm new ideas for ad creative concepts.- Design and build advertisements in different formats (static, gifs, dynamic media), focusing on visual selection, layout, aesthetics.- Collaborate with Marketing in developing and producing visual materials for marketing campaigns and events (PDFs, social media posts, presentation decks, website visuals, videos, etc.)- You're expected to work efficiently with high quality (basically, you will churn out a high creative volume per day).What We’re Looking For- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably from top design institutes like MICA or NID.- A natural creative storyteller with a passion for impactful and purposeful design.- Hands-on expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.- Strong skills in motion graphics, animation, visual design, UI elements, and iconography.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.- A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication and presentation skills.- A strong sense of design trends, AI-powered visual tools, and emerging creative technologies.- Able to work under tight deadlines, deliver with minimum supervision, and develop innovative design concepts for the projects at hand.- Should love thinking out of the box since we have a lot of scope of innovation.Nice to Have- Experience with AI-generated imagery and design tools.- Knowledge of 3D design tools or additional software like Figma, Sketch, or Cinema 4D.- Interest in mobile tech, programmatic advertising, and the app marketing space.About RevX:Made for Growth, Built for App Marketers.RevX helps app businesses acquire and reengage users via programmatic to retain, monetize, and accelerate revenue.
