Job DescriptionPosition Title: VFX & Video EditorLocation: Jaipur (Hybrid/On-site)Experience: 1–3 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a VFX & Video Editor who doesn’t just “edit”, but crafts experiences. Someone who can turn raw footage into compelling narratives, add layers of motion and magic, and bring our brand stories to life on screen. You’ll be part of a growing visual team that works across luxury real estate, consumer brands, digital campaigns, social content, and beyond.If Adobe Premiere Pro feels like your playground and After Effects feels like home, we should talk.What You’ll Do- Video Editing: Edit high-quality videos for social media, brand campaigns, ads, reels, and events, from mood to final cut.- VFX & Motion Graphics: Add visual effects, transitions, animation, and typography using After Effects or similar tools. Bonus if you can do basic 3D/CG integration.- Storytelling: Understand the narrative, music, and pace, and shape edits that feel smooth, bold, and emotionally resonant.- Multi-format Outputs: Repurpose footage and edits for different aspect ratios (reels, YT shorts, full-lengths, display ads).- Sound & Sync: Use music, SFX, and VO editing to enhance engagement. Bonus if you understand basic sound mixing.- Collaborate: Work closely with the creative team, writers, designers, and directors, to bring ideas to motion.- Stay Updated: Keep an eye on content trends, transitions, reel culture, YouTube edits, and editing styles across formats.Requirements Who You Are- 1–3 years of experience in video editing and VFX work (freelance or agency).- Strong portfolio or show reel that demonstrates a mix of storytelling, animation, transitions, and polish.- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic Photoshop. DaVinci Resolve, Blender, or Cinema4D knowledge is a bonus.- If you are experimenting with AI to create videos - that is a great add on.- Fast and flexible. You can meet deadlines without compromising quality.- Passionate about film, pop culture, reels, music videos, and storytelling.- Based in or willing to work in Jaipur.
