We are hiring Admission Counselor

Location: Bangalore

Work Type: Full-time | 6 Days a Week

Eligibility: Any Graduate

Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA (Fixed) + ₹2 LPA (Variable)

Age Limit: Up to 33 Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Admissions Counsellor to manage the end-to-end study abroad process for students aiming to study in the UK and USA. This is a student-facing role requiring excellent counselling skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide students on overseas education opportunities after assessing their academic background and interests.

Assist in shortlisting universities/colleges and programs, especially in the UK and USA.

Help students build a strong academic profile, including SOPs, LORs, and resumes.

Provide detailed advice on budgeting, living expenses, and financial planning.

Work with targets and ensure monthly and intake-level enrolment goals are met.

Maintain accurate records and regular follow-ups using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Study Abroad Counselling.

Prior experience guiding students to destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and France.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and ability to work with data and metrics.

Target-oriented and proactive in approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
