Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for insurance roles.
• Handle bulk and regular insurance hiring requirements.
• Source candidates from insurance-specific talent pools.
• Screen and shortlist candidates from Indian insurance companies.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate lifecycle.
• Maintain hiring trackers and reports.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
• Prior experience in insurance recruitment.
• Background in hiring from Indian insurance companies.
• Experience in bulk hiring is mandatory.
